ABOUT ERIN
Erin Bischoffberger has nearly twenty years of experience assisting with the design, preparation, and implementation of comprehensive estate plans, including the funding and administration of a wide variety of trusts. Her work at Lawson Hatch is focused on supporting clients through all stages of estate planning and trust and estate administration. She coordinates closely with clients and their advisors to ensure each plan is thoughtfully tailored to meet personal, financial, and family objectives.
Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Le Moyne College, where she served as President of the Model United Nations program and was a member of the Women’s Rugby team. Her leadership experience and team-oriented mindset continue to shape her collaborative approach to legal work.
Erin’s broader legal background further enhances the support she provides to our clients. She has experience in business succession planning, business entity formation and maintenance, residential real estate transactions, and guardianship proceedings. While her practice at Lawson Hatch is centered exclusively on estate planning and administration, her familiarity with these related areas gives her a well-rounded perspective and allows her to spot issues, anticipate client needs, and coordinate effectively with outside professionals when necessary.
